I recently bought at Lexus GX550 from VINS and they were great. I was happy with the trade in value they offered me, the price on the car I bought was fair, and the service I received from Andrey Prikhodko and his GM Eli Copty was fabulous. The transaction was super easy coupled with personable people, which seems like a rarity these days. I would highly recommend a visit if you are in the market for a quality used car.

I’m naturally pretty cautious, so buying a car sight unseen without test driving or inspecting it first is very out of character for me. But Danny made it feel completely comfortable from day one. He shared multiple videos of the car, FaceTimed me for a full walkthrough and inspection, and patiently answered all of my (many!) questions. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and just genuinely pleasant to work with — even chatting about his weekend plans and making the whole process feel personal, not transactional. The delivery fee was fair, and the car arrived quickly and smoothly — within a week — even with a snowstorm hitting Virginia. Everything showed up exactly as described. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase another vehicle from VINS, and I highly recommend working with Danny. He truly cared about making sure I had a positive experience, and it showed.

I bought a 1 year old 2024 Tesla Model S from VINS over email and phone from NJ and had the vehicle delivered to NJ. I am very satisfied with the experience. I worked with Jimmy the manager and Marcus the sales associate. They were both courteous and professional. The vehicle was missing a piece of trim from the trunk but VINS is reimbursing me for the part. Buying from an out of state dealer can be risky but VINS was honest and trustworthy. I would definitely buy from VINS again.
